I first meet Richard at a wedding fare at Wiston House. He was standing by his little stand and caught my eye. There was something about his warm smile that attracted me to go over. I was instantly aware of how genuine and friendly he was. He then started talking about rings and how he makes them in his lab. I was so impressed because he spoke with such a passion. Before we had even finished I knew I would use Richard to make our wedding rings. Sure enough 3 months later he sold me a fantastic ring. Richard and the service he provides was and is extremely professional and very good. He is passionate about his work and I really can’t recommend him highly enough. He is one of those rare business men that actually looks after his customers, a very rare commodity these days. I hope him all the best in the future.
