Some years ago a local jeweller repaired my gold watch strap so badly that I couldn’t bear to wear it. It was an 18th birthday gift and a treasured possession and I was very upset. I took it to several jewellers who said they could do nothing to help so it remained hidden in a drawer. Recently I have discovered Richard. He agreed to take on the task and the end result is truly magnificent. I am in awe of his craftsmanship and his fine attention to detail. He’s an absolute perfectionist, an amazing problem solver, and has gone above and beyond what I could have hoped for, so that I can enjoy wearing my watch again.
