Jewellery Alterations East Sussex – Melissa

I had contacted Richard via his website to enquire about getting my engagement ring resized. He instantly replied with indicative quotes and timescales. We popped into his workshop that evening hoping to have a chat and confirm details as I was very nervous at handing over my new jewellery to someone I didn’t know. I shouldn’t have worried, Richard was welcoming and understanding from the start, he kindly made the required changes there and then, much to our delight. A very talented and considerate man, reliable and reasonably priced too! We’ll definitely be back to design wedding rings!
