We cannot sing Richard and his team at RTFJ’s praises enough. Unfortunately, due to arthritis my husband had to have his wedding ring of over 33 years removed. Although my wedding ring needed resizing down, there was not enough gold available to enlarge my husbands, so we used gold that we had, that was sentimental to us. After a long chat with Richard, we decided to merge both our rings with the additional gold and to make us both new rings. Richard was very patient and understanding with us when we explained that we wanted the new rings to be the same style and band dimensions as the originals. That we didn’t want new weddings rings, that we just wanted a slightly updated version of the old ones. He seemed to instinctively understand our wishes, and nothing was too much trouble We were able to watch Richard melting the golds together and so we could be confident of the metal used. Several hours and fittings later we were both the very proud wearers of our updated wedding rings.
This is the 3rd commission we have entrusted Richard and his team with and we would have no hesitation in recommending them or using them again. Richard has so much respect and empathy for you that the whole process from start to finish is a pleasure.
