I took my Mum’s wedding ring had to be cut off many years ago on a foreign holiday and needed expert, professional and a jewellery specialist to repair to repair this very sentimental piece of jewellery.

After seeing Richard at RTFJ on the Repair shop, she felt this person had been identified for this task and we were never at any stage disappointed.

We booked the appointment online last year and drove the 70 miles to see him one evening in January-25 at his West Sussex workshop and can honestly say we were taken aback with the advice and workmanship he dedicated to bring this ring back to its former glory.

We will not hesitate to recommend him to anyone that needs that ‘expert touch’ for jewellery repairs or if you want something bespoke made up.
