Bespoke Engagement Ring Glasgow – Richard

I was absolutely thrilled with the service and end product when purchasing an engagement ring from rtfj. The proposal was to be a surprise and therefore I was not the most helpful of customers when it came to certain details but Richard never made me feel that way and was extremely patient and helpful throughout, especially considering we were doing all interaction by phone and email. The ring was fantastic and my fiancé and all her friends adored it!

Even when we realised the ring was a little too big, Richard resized free of charge and had it back to us within 2 days which was unbelievable service.

I would recommend rtfj to absolutely anyone as the service, piece of mind and quality of product are all first class!
