From the very first email enquiry to the finished article, Richard could not have been more accommodating.

I took along two rings, both of which had to be resized. The engagement ring was done whilst we waited and I couldn’t tell it had been altered. The eternity ring was posted back to me a week later – I was absolutely thrilled with the results as it was explained to me that as the eternity ring had diamonds all the way around it may have a slightly larger gap between the diamonds due to more gold having to be added. When I received it back I could not even tell it had been adjusted, only that it fitted perfectly.
