I have collected my ring today made from my mum’s ruby and diamond pendant into something I would wear. I was speechless at the intricate quality and attention to detail from our initial discussion to subsequent fitting and then final collection. Richard really listens but is also honest with advice and has great suggestions. Value for money is outstanding to now own such a precious and beautiful one off piece. The whole process was relaxed and his timings were exactly as he said they would be. I can’t thank you enough Richard – just working out what could be next!
