Richard has restored a ring that my late husband bought me whilst in Afghanistan during the war in 2002. It was battered beyond belief but he has sent me back something spectacular. It’s probably the most precious piece of jewellery I own and will now NEVER come off my finger. Richard has been so kind and understanding and so quick too. His talent is humbling to say the very least. I am so very happy!
